2. Lights at night are a must

As most potential buyers will often drive by a listing after work, setting your house apart is important. Don’t go crazy and install a completely new outdoor system–moderation is very important. Lights that face downward and highlight the edge of the path allow your guests easy access and help make your front yard a safer space. Aim for a welcoming walkway that does not appear as if it’s part of an airplane runway. Use solar spotlights to highlight your favorite house features, and don’t forget to point one at the “for-sale” sign!
